The evening above all accounts was extremely successful with a range of special guests especially the Hon. Dr. Jane Lomax Smith who has been ATCUSA Patron for some 22years, Ron Barber Chairman of ATCA and his wife Margaret, Richard Haby President of ATCA and his wife Janet, Darran Swain President of SACUSA and his wife Angela. The evening started off with drinks and cocktail food which was a nice array without going over the top. Must I say that the amount of support received by the families of the deceased and the current Hall of Famers was overwhelming, and trust me some of the statistics for their years of service was unbelievable and unlikely to be reproduced ever again.

There were 14 inductees for the night, F.A. Aistrope, B.G. Droegemueller, M.A. Green, M.J. Ryan, H.E. Norsworthy, P.J. McCarthy, A.F. Tomkins, R.A. Nelson, K. Greenwood, W.B. Carman, N.W. Keen O.A.M., H. D. French O.A.M., G.J.Ruxton, A.F.Cocks.
Five of these inductees are Life Members of SACUSA as well as Life Members of ATCUSA.

A lot of time went into the preparation of the night, that started out as a promise a couple of years ago, that this would happen. I would like to thank Doug French for being not only Historian but his accumulation of detail is ridiculous, and this could not have happened without him and his wife Marilyn. I would like to thank Kristen Thomas who I used extracts from her articles she wrote and used with her permission from SACUSA Hall of Fame night, it made life a little easier. My partner Vicki and Konrad Date President of ATCUSA for helping with speeches and power point display, they did a great job. Also the BoM members who attended the night helping serve drinks and their support.

I would like to thank the West Adelaide Football Club for a great venue and service.
